Her Copper Kitchen: Freeze Dried Candy Store

Her Copper Kitchen is a local Alberta shop based in Medicine Hat. Along with freeze dried herbs, spices, and veggies they have a huge selection of freeze dried candy. We’ve started to see freeze dried candy more and more at markets we attend so it’s definitely becoming super popular. The process of freeze drying the candy, the moisture is removed which means the flavour is even more intense.
