Tea should be as nature intended – free from chemicals, pesticides and artificial additives. Our teas are 100% organic, sourced with integrity, and blended in a fully organic-certified facility. Each ingredient has been carefully chosen to deliver not only incredible taste but also the wellness benefits that tea has been treasured for.
Our teas may come from the finest organic gardens around the world, but their journey is perfected right here in Canada. We take great pride in handcrafting, blending, and packaging all our teas locally, ensuring that every blend meets our high standards. Including our wellness elixirs that help with sleep, digestion, or focus.
What inspired you to start your business?
The journey behind Just the Tea began with a personal commitment to improving my family’s health. After experiencing a cancer scare a few years ago, I realized the importance of making lasting lifestyle changes. I started by purchasing organic, locally sourced food and reducing the intake of processed low-nutrient foods from our household diet. This shift also led me to reduce my coffee intake, eventually quitting it altogether. As I explored healthier alternatives, I discovered the numerous benefits of tea and herbal infusions, which piqued my interest.
To deepen my knowledge, I enrolled in the TAC Certified Tea Sommelier Program, taught by the Academy of Tea – the only accreditation recognized and supported by the Canadian tea industry. I also had the opportunity to visit a local herbalism farm, where I learned about the medicinal properties of 25 different plants. This experience further fueled my passion for the industry and inspired me to share my newfound knowledge with others.
This journey eventually led to the creation of Just the Tea, an online business dedicated to offering high-quality, wellness-focused blends. Today, each of our tea blends is designed to be a “Sip into Wellness,” reflecting my commitment to providing both health benefits and a refined tea experience.

I absolutely love our Lavender Breeze herbal infusion because it combines such a beautiful, calming blend of ingredients. The gentle, floral notes of lavender are perfectly complemented by the refreshing touch of spearmint, creating a soothing and balanced flavour. The addition of rose petals and elderflowers adds a delicate, aromatic sweetness, while the blackberry leaf and red clover bring a subtle earthiness that ties everything together. It’s a tea that not only tastes amazing but also has such a peaceful, relaxing quality to it. It’s my go-to when I need a moment of calm or just want to unwind and recharge.
