What inspired you to start your business?

When I started Purdy Natural over 10 years ago there was a huge lack in natural skincare. I wanted to create a fun natural skincare line that people can trust, as well as open a wellness boutique that offered our customers choice. When you walk into a large corporate store, your options are slim to none when it comes to healthy natural options. My business was fuelled by anger of big businesses using toxic ingredients that are very harmful to our health, which in turn created a passion to be able to offer healthier skincare option to those looking. We have been in business for over 10 years and we are still going strong! We love being a trusted source when it comes to natural health options.

How do you describe your brand?

Purdy Natural is more than just a natural skincare line—it’s a female-owned and operated wellness boutique based in London, ON. We craft a wide selection of small-batch, healing products, including over 30 varieties of soaps, lotions, balms, deodorants, perfumes, and bath essentials, all made with the finest natural ingredients. We are a place customers trust for their healthy skincare needs, offering safe, effective, and nourishing products. In addition to our handcrafted collection, we take pride in carrying one of the largest selections of top-quality natural brands from both local and Canadian makers.

What’s your bestselling product & why do you think it’s so popular?

Purdy Natural soaps are our best selling product that we make as well as a top seller in our shop.

Purdy Natural soaps are amazing and popular because they are handcrafted with high-quality natural ingredients with LOVE the very first ingredient on the list. Our soaps are free from harsh chemicals and toxic fragrance, as we only use essential oils. They are super moisturizing and nourishing, gentle on the skin, eco-friendly, beautifully designed, and ethically produced, multi use, making them a luxurious and sustainable choice for skincare.

What’s your favourite product from your own shop?

My personal fave in our shop is Super Belly, by Blume, a probiotic rich powder that you add to your drinking water. I can’t live without it!!

What’s one of your favourite local shops?

Lunah Life in London, ON. This is our best selling line in our shop next to our line.
